Required Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in law preferred international degree Saudi national with 24 years’ experience Excellent command in English Excellent Communication, negotiation & presentation Commercial evaluation of contracts and assessment of related risk evaluation, involvement in negotiations on the commercial aspects of large contracts, dispute resolution etc. legal advice to the operation employment dispute related, statutory compliances, handling collection disputes etc. Responsible of Corporate compliance, internal audits.
