A leading Law firm located in Jeddah Governorate – Saudi Arabia - needs to hire a Legal Counsel according to the following qualification and requirements;
Qualification
Bachelors at the law or up... From one of each authorized and acknowledged governmental universities.
Experiences:
Ten years of experiences at corporate (legal entities) field or at one of reputable law firms as a minimum.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Managing litigation and dispute lawsuits.
Formulate all contracts and follow-up all valid and concluded contracts till termination.
Presenting the required legal advices on estimated time.
Follow- up complaints and conduct the required investigation on time.
Follow – up the business cycle and assuring - from time to time - that all the businesses are doing in process as usual in accordance with the related laws and regulation, that to avoid the entity against each risk / punishment or financial fine.
Follow-up the tenders and auctions transactions which will be held and carrying out internally and follow-up the Board of Directors meetings (BoD).
Participate with the higher management to develop company’s bossiness and maintain.
Fully knowledge with entities, companies’ formation and establishment laws, regulation and notarization procedures.
Application and execution of all legal regulations and internal company’s policies.
Make the internal formal investigation with employees and take the necessary action required.
Represent the company before all related entities and third parties (companies- foundations …etc.), and represent the company at the Annual / Ordinary / Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings.
Skills:
Good command speaking and writing by the both Arabic and English languages and legal terminology phrases.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs and applications.
