We are a leading FMCG company based in Dubai that is looking to a hire a Legal Counsel to play the a key role in relation to legal work for the business’s Middle East and its international operations. The role would be to work closely with the senior management, and stakeholders in Dubai, the wider region / Asia / Africa.
About the role
The role will be as the responsible for the management of legal and compliance issues for the company’s operations, covering legal, regulatory and contractual matters. The role will be the first point of contact for legal support, covering commercial, contractual, corporate, disputes matters, etc.
About the candidate
The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Legal Counsel with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally already located in Dubai, with Middle East experience. The successful individual should have experience in the sector and be coming from either a leading in-house or international law firm background and should be familiar or up-to-date with the UAE laws.
