This role will report directly to the Director and responsible mainly for the claim/contracts legality on and off site for the duration of the project. You will provide ‘best practice’ advice and lead the way in contractual understanding to our clients and the rest of the team.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide effective communication & support within the legal/contracts team to ALL relevant personnel
Assist the Contracts team in regards to internal & external marketing requirements and the legislation there in
Build relationships and cross sell the firms services as and when possible while carrying out your work as a Claims/Contracts Consultant
Control & deliver contract and dispute related services to the team
Maintain ‘best practice’ across the team, to include the firms highest level of standards for its service delivery by providing an effective and valued service at all times across all sites
Work across all departments in conjunction with lead/head of departments to assist in maintaining standards as well as every day issues or contract/legal regulations etc
المهارات
Key Requirements:
MRICS preferable or AIQS certified
Degree essential ideally in Quantity Surveying or relevant Degree
Excellent legal / claims experience - in Construction Contracts Management
10 years in construction consulting company
